Question: Need to make a dish from another country?
I need a quick easy cheap dish that can be shared with a lot off people ( can be split up easily) Oh and i need to make it the day before so it cant be something that has to be served fresh I will be able to reheat so thats an option some one please HELP

Ribollita from here in Italy would be a good choice. Originally, it a Tuscan peasant soup that was made from leftovers of the previous two day's meals and reboiled (hence the name). This is best when reheated. You'll want to add the bread when you reheat it. I go into Florence for lucnh some weekends just for the ribollita. The versions here don't have as much liquid as in the photos in the recipes.



Buy phyllo dough, (it's pretty cheap, 25 sheets costs about $2.99 and will be more than enough for a large group of people cut up into small pieces) and fry up some ground beef with a little bit of chopped onion. Fold the phyllo dough up with the beef inside, bake it and cut it up into small pieces. It only takes about 30 minutes to make and bake. It will stay fresh just as long as you cover it with saran wrap, and it's very easy to heat up. It's called a Burek, and it's a dish from Yugoslavia and Albania.



you're not from Philippines right? i could suggest adobo or the visayan humba. its more on pork and fat cooked on vinegar and soy sauce. humba differs from adobo because its sweet. humba originates at the central Philippines while adobo is known throughout the country. you could browse the internet on how. some adobo uses chicken or fish. for fish, they don't use soy sauce. best served if sauce is sticky.

Well I helped my stepdaughter make a non alcoholic sangria for her class. It kept easy in a bottled up container. We sliced apples and oranges that were added on site in the classroom to each students cup and poured the sangria on top. But if it has to be a "dish" you have gotten a lot of great suggestions from other people.



How about Japanese Niku Jyaga (meat & potatoes in a sweet sauce). It is easy to make and can be reheated the next day.

Make kimbap, it's a type or korean food. And you can get all the ingredients in the USA, but you might have to go to some Asian stores to buy some of the ingredients.

This website tells you how to make it and it also has pictures and all the needed ingredients, and it was pretty simple for me to learn from the steps.

Definitely meatballs and cooked/mashed potatoes with gravy and lignin jam. It's Swedish. Can be made the day before and reheated again. It's easy to share with many aswell!!
