What's your fav food?!

Question: What's your fav food?
Answers:

cannelloni, and pasta, any type :D and chicken parma with pineapple in it :)

PAELLA (serves 6)

1/3 cup of Olive Oil
1 Small Onion, minced
2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed
3-5 tbsps minced fresh parsley
1 generous pinch of saffron
2 tbsps of chicken bullion
3 skinless Chicken Breasts, cut in large chunks
2 green peppers, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 tsp of yellow food coloring (optional -- saffron is very expensive, a pinch
of it is all you need for taste but a richer color is desired)
8 oz tomatoe sauce
1 tsp sugar
4 cups of rice
7 cups of water
salt
1/2 lb - 1 lb shrimp, leave shell on
1 lb scallops

Saute onion, parsley, and garlic in olive oil until the onion begins to become transparent. Add saffron, chicken bullion, chicken, peppers and saute until chicken has become white. Add tomatoe sauce, sugar, food coloring. Stir. Add rice & water and bring to boil. Salt to taste. Boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp & scallops, boil an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Simmer 10 minutes covered, stirring occasionally. If the rice appears to be getting too dry during the last 10 minutes, add more water. If the rice is too wet at the end of the 10 minutes, uncover and evaporate unwanted liquid.

I love lizard tongues on crackers.

This is a quick and easy, fanciful h'ors d'oevre sure to please both family and friends alike at your next petite soiree. For this recipe you will need:

1 cup lizard tongues
1 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup red caviar
1/4 cup parsley
Tabasco sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Ritz crackers

Spread the crackers on a greased baking dish. Top with cheese and lizard tongues. Sprinkle a little parsley on top and a drop or two of Tabasco and Worcestershire. Bake for 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from oven and top with red caviar.

Well, I come from Italy, and my favourite food is surely pasta!
Carbonara, amatriciana, with courgettes, with pumpkin, with potatoes, with tuna, with shrimps...or simply with olive oil and parmigiano (we say "in bianco" = "white"), I truly love it.
You really can show your creativity through cooking pasta ;D

Hmm. A lovey home made roast dinner with tender, succulent beef. Added with a gravy mixed with mushrooms, garlic and thyme. Here is a tip. You either love it or hate it but when you put you roast potatoes in the oven give them a little coating of marmite. IT IS LUSHH! Also many vegetables and obviously broccoli cheese (the same as cauliflower cheese but with broccoli).
