Question: How many people work in a ramen shop?
I am writing a paper for school and i found this video...

varies by size of the shop

there are small booths that are run by one cook, who cooks, takes money, and serves

there are large restuarants with multiple servers, cooks, and even a casheir, possibly another as a manager, busboy, etc
