Besides Dim Sum items, Cantonese roasted meat like pork / chicken are good.

Soups (eg tonic soup) are definitely one of their specialty but I'm not sure if you can find them on the menu.

Almond Boneless Chicken (Wor Su Gai)
Soy sauce chicken
Lotus Leaf Rice (Chan Gee Kai)
Char Siu and Wonton lou mien / soup noodle.
Kon Lou Mien (Dried Stir Noodles) with Roasted Pork and Char Siu

I have been hooked on a couple of dishes for a very long time.
"Orange flavored beef" has a wonderful taste that resembles a tangerine taste but has absolutely no citrus in the dish.

The mild Curry Chicken - it is yellow in color and extremely tasty with steamed jasmine rice. That is the way I like it.

I just love breast of chicken curry and fried rice but the nicest starter is honey spare ribs it may sound weird but its the nicest thing ever :D Im starving now haha Xx

Mongolian beef
Mu Shu pork
Roast chicken or soy chicken
Hunan/Sichuan chicken or beef (spicy)

Sorry, I am kind of boring. I prefer CHICKEN LO MEIN.

I also like STEAK ON A STICK.

I would have mentioned SHRIMP FRIED RICE but you do not like seafood.

I like bbq roasted pork, which in Chinese sounds like cha siu.
