What is your favourite Chinese/Cantonese dish?!
I'm not keen on seafood or duck, but will try most things.

Besides Dim Sum items, Cantonese roasted meat like pork / chicken are good.
Soups (eg tonic soup) are definitely one of their specialty but I'm not sure if you can find them on the menu.
Almond Boneless Chicken (Wor Su Gai)

Lotus Leaf Rice (Chan Gee Kai)
Char Siu and Wonton lou mien / soup noodle.
Kon Lou Mien (Dried Stir Noodles) with Roasted Pork and Char Siu
Hello from Hong Kong! If you could find the following in their menu, they are all worth to try.
1) Crispy deep fried chicken - Jar Gi Gai
2) Roast (BBQ) pork - Char Siu
3) Stir fried Chinese Broccoli with ginger and rice wine - Keng jap jou chow Gai Lan
4) Boiled Chinese vegetables with Oyster Sauce - Ho Yau Choi Sum
5) Chinese sauage, mushroom & Chicken rice pot (steamed rice with Chinese sauage, mushroom & chicken in a clay pot) - Buk Goo Gai, Lap Cheung Bowl Chai Fan
6) Stir fried beef with rice noodle - Gone Chow Ngau Hor
7) Long boiled soup (daily soup) - Lou Four Tong recommended by the restaurant
Dessert :
1) Almond sweet soup - Hang Yan Woo
2) Sticky rice dumplings in ginger soup - Keng Cha Tong Yuen
I have been hooked on a couple of dishes for a very long time.
"Orange flavored beef" has a wonderful taste that resembles a tangerine taste but has absolutely no citrus in the dish.
The mild Curry Chicken - it is yellow in color and extremely tasty with steamed jasmine rice. That is the way I like it.
I just love breast of chicken curry and fried rice but the nicest starter is honey spare ribs it may sound weird but its the nicest thing ever :D Im starving now haha Xx

Sorry, I am kind of boring. I prefer CHICKEN LO MEIN.

I would have mentioned SHRIMP FRIED RICE but you do not like seafood.
orange chicken with mixed fried rice and dumplings... try egg drop soup it's delicious.. also wonton soup is really nice and lo mein
I like bbq roasted pork, which in Chinese sounds like cha siu.
