Authentic Japanese food is not as healthy as you think. With all that Mono Sodium Glutamate in it. But, considering the North American style of Japanese food, it is healthier. Minus the MSG and you're set.
The only way you will get fat is to keep the MSG in it, and do absolutely nothing (no exercise).

It depends on what you are eating. Real Japanese food is healthy Americanized Any other ethnicity type of food is usually Not healthy.

Also becuase it can be Loaded with sodium wich can make you pack on water weight.
