What Spanish dish should I make?!


Question: What Spanish dish should I make?
I need to make a Spanish dish from an official Spanish speaking country. It needs a background/history or some sort of meaning. Ex: Served on a holiday. It can be any dish but I would rather it be a dessert.

Paella from Spain, or Sweet Tamales from Latin America

There are so many great Spanish foods that it is not easy to pick one. For something easy to make and that just about everyone loves, make a Spanish tortilla - (Spanish omelet). Recipes all over the internet.

Tacos would be good and easy.

Spanish Lasagna. My family makes it every year for fourth of July. Its like normal lasagna except you put rice and beans in between the layers of noodles.
