Answers:
A serving of a quarter cup would swell once wet & cooked to occupy 3/4 cup.
Water has no calorific value, the rice calorific value will therefore be the same as the rice in its dry state.
Each dry 1/4 cup = 160 calories.
Each dry 1/2 cup = 160 X 2 =320 calories.
Each dry 3/4 cup = 160 X 3 =480 calories.
Each Full cup of DRY RICE would amount to 160 X 4 = 640 Calories per cup.
The volume of a FULL CUP of dry rice... Once its wet & cooked, would swell to occupy 3 full cups which would still have an overall calorific value of 640 calories.
Please note differing types of rice other than the one in this packet could have a higher or lower calorific value.

320 calories from half a cup. The serving size will be larger because water has been added and the rice will have swollen.
640 from a cup
320 from half
160 if dry
