General Tso's chicken
Jian Bing- it's a beijing breakfast pancake- you see vendors on the street in Beijing making these amazing pancakes.
They spread a huge dollop of batter on a huge hot griddle, then cook it, then pour an egg on one side and make an omelette on one side of the pancake, then they flip it and spread oyster sauce, sesame seeds and soysauce and throw some vegetables in it, then a crunchy fried doughstick ( like a kruller) then they wrap the whole thing up in a rectangle, bash it, to make the doughstick break into pieces, then put the whole thing in a plastic bag with a wooden fork.
It is the best thing I've ever eaten.
One day I had five.
