None! babies & octogenarian both eat it !



Porridge can be oatmeal, rice or barley, oatmeal is just that, either quick, instant or long cooking, Scotch/Irish types, Farina or Cream of Wheat is like oatmeal in it can be long cooking or instant, like Grits/Cornmeal Mush they all come in various types and cooking stages. I enjoy all of them once a week in some style.



None, breakfast foods! grits, too!!!!
