Calories in this Indian takeaway?:D?!

bombay potatoes.
1 1/2 onion bhajis
A papadum.
With the potatoes and rice being small portions?
I'm trying to cut calories by avoiding naan bread and pilau rice.
Do you think it's around 1000-1500 calories? I have that much to spare

How about you just enjoy the food and don't worry too much about it. Eat slowly and savour it (if you eat like a starving raccoon you don't give your stomach time to tell your brain that it's full). When you are full stop eating.

Did you enjoy it? If so then there was just enough calories. If you are counting calories as part of a weight control or weight loss programme then a treat every now and then is OK.
