Asian is too vague, be more specific! Mexican is good! try Filipino (Philippines) cuisine!

I like both. Mexican is great because I love spicy food, but Asian, especially Japanese food is fresh, made with seasonal produce and full of flavour. If it came down to it, I would choose Japanese food as it is one of the healthiest in the world.

I prefer Asian food because I love vegetables and seafood .It's fast and easy to make .If you use a high grade olive oil it is better for your health . You can use meat, fish or nothing but veggies and long grain rice . You can prepare it in advance keep it in the fridge till you are ready till you want to cook it . If you can get a wok your in for a treat . Wok cooking is super fast and good for the health the veggies are crisp not over cooked and soft .

Asian.. in my opinion, because of the varieties of choices including :

Japanese
Korean
Vietnamese
Thai
Indian
Malaysian
Indonesian
and.. many other

Therefore, it is unfair when you compare Mexican with all Asian cuisines.

Mexican

Asian foods sometimes are too weird. Lots of weeds, raw things, innards, rotten eggs, fermented cabbages, rats, cats....unless you're talking about the Americanized versions which aren't very authentic.

Asian- Chow mein, fried rice, assorts of chicken

Mexican- Tacos, Burritos, Churros

I pick Asian because of my biased side-> I love rice!

Indian and Malaysian, they're Asian countries.

Mexican food is too much cheese and rice for me.

I like both! Both have the varieties and excellent ingredients for making delicious meals.

Hope it helps!

Mexican
