How to make carrot salad (Indian recipe)?!


Question: How to make carrot salad (Indian recipe)?
Hi all,

I am curious to know as to how to prepare carrot salad that they serve at Indian hotels. If you guys know what I am talking about. They add Kalonji and it tastes wonderful. However, I am not aware of the other ingredients. Can anyone please provide me a recipe??

Cut into slices,add a little lemon.a pinch of black salt.....a pinch of black pepper.aur haan pyar bhara dil leke banao.phir dekho ,,,,your salad will be the best salad.



Clean the carrot in running water- peel off the outer skin-cut into slices or any other shapes of your choice-sprinkle finely cut onions/coriander /curry leaves- drop few drops of lime -sprinke salt and pepper powder to the desired level- pour the entire contents into a bowl-lastly add few drops of olive oil

_your yummy carrot salad is ready.

If you want a cooked one, garnish the heap of cut carrot heap..



Zesty Carrot Salad

Ingredients :

* Carrots (grated)
* Olive oil
* Agave syrup
* Lemon juice
* Salt
* Pecans

Preparation :

1. Grate the carrots in the food processor, quick and easy.
2. Then drizzle on the olive oil and agave and the juice of half of a lemon and added salt.
3. Top with raisins and pecans.
