Good:
Low calorie
Loaded with Antioxidants
Good source of Omega-3 Fats actually so therefore heart protecting
Loaded with silicon, vitamin K, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus which promotes bone health
High in fiber which is helpful in preventing colon diseases
Can have some anti-inflammatory properties
Bad:
Low in vitamin C
They don't stay fresh long and should be used right away for it's health benefits.

the good part is it is good for you but the bad thing is that people think beans make you fart
good thing are that they are good for you, proteins
bad thing is the gas
