What is the chinese character(s) for "ingredients" ?!

Question: What is the chinese character(s) for "ingredients" ?
Doing a chinese project. Thanks! :)

Answers:

用料 (yònɡliào) - raw material used
配料 [pèiliào] - mix ingredients according to a recipe
材料 [cáiliào] - material

It more suitable to use 配料 [pèiliào] food ingredients in recipes but it is also understood if you use 用料 (yònɡliào).

You may look at attached recipe for example.
