I would stick to the organic food range. You can find organic spreads including almond spread, cashew spread and eat it on multigrain bread or those wholemeal crackers.
If you like salt in your food use natural sea salt if you must. Also natural organic oils to be used instead of vegetable oil etc. I've recently changed my eating habits and have been looking for good prices on healthy food seeing as though becoming healthy is an expensive option these days! You can buy a lot of organic and healthy products online, I buy most of mine from a website called bestpriceshere.com.au they have a lot of natural and organic products that I use in everyday cooking or sandwiches for work.
Good on you for finding the motivation to change your eating habits and lifestyle! Keep up the great work!
Wow, you know you can get all the same foods elsewhere? Wholefoods is SO expensive and the food isn't even organic.
Anyway , just saying....
Get pumpkin, squash )( they last forever so you don't have to cook immediately), sweet potato, and some good curry spices.
Make pumpkin curry- with sweet potato, cauliflour, broccoli etc. The health benefits of curry are amazing and you can use low fat yoghurt, for a great korma- some recipes will use cream, but
use yoghurt if you want.
Not all Indian food uses cream/yoghurt.

You'll need to buy, chickpeas, lentils, vegetables.
Make some sushi rolls! There are plenty that are all veggie if you are not a pescatarian. Futomaki is one of my favorites. Here's a link to this and more: http://www.101asianrecipes.com/blog/2009…
Omelets (I only use Egglands Best eggs) with broccoli, spinach, diced tomatoes, artichoke hearts and anything else that you like.
Stir frys with a sesame & ginger sauce.
Grilled eggplant or portabello sandwiches.
Sea weed is loaded with minerals and micronutrients. It is usually sold dry so it isn't perishable. Try dulse. I bought some at Whole Foods that was flaked. I coated a log of goats milk cheese with it. Kelp is very nutritious. I crumbled some up and substituted it for bacon on a salad I made.
