How to Thai people cook ground pork for a thai salad?!

Sometimes its really great, sometimes it's not. :( Around here, the serve it really bland. Just a little seasoning on the meat, served on lettuce. Yuck.

Did you know over i Thailand they don't always cook the meat?? I would not try that, myself.
