Spicy food is actually really healthy for pregnant women towards the end of their third trimester. Experts say that it can help induce labor, along with pineapple as well, but there is no harm in it unless you have an allergy!

All pregnant women can eat spicy food if they are not sensitive or allergy to any spices. Its a normal or regular food for some women in some cultures but take it easy and slowly. Stop if there's any uncomfortable / irritation / develop heartburn / gas / bloating / diarrhea..

Eat curry, wasabi, scotch bonnet, jalape?os, bhut jolokia, etc...
