What is your favorite ethnic food?!

Question: What is your favorite ethnic food?

Mine would have to be Portuguese. Most of my family is from Portugal and I grew up eating a lot of Portuguese cuisine. I also like Mexican a lot too.

I LOVE Ecuadorian food. It's a very diverse cuisine without all the intense spices and everything like Mexico. Lots of stewing and roasting, but absolutely delicious!! Try Seco de pollo, or Puerco hornado, you won't be dissapointed!

Experience, my fiance is from Ecuador and he taught me to cook it (i'm also a chef)

I love Brazilian food. Like Churrasco!

I love Indian and Japanese food. Generally any oriental food are wonderful in my opinion.

I`m from Portugal too.

I am not Malay but I really like Malay food, simply delicious for me.

Many other cuisines are great as well, just too many to list out all my likings.

So,Rotten, if you are Portuguese then what exactly is ethnic food. My guess is that you are eating your 'home' cooking!!
