What do you put in your Pho?!

Question: What do you put in your Pho?
I love a lof of the Sriracha Rooster Hot Chili Sauce in mine, or, if they have it, the spicy oil with chili pepper seeds in it. I like to use the sprouts and usually get it with grilled pork of beef slices. HOw do you eat it? Im curious as it is in my top 3 favorite foods.

rooster sauce
hoisen sauce
pho beef paste
black pepper
fried garlic in oil
lime
bean sprout
cilantro
beef slices
shrimp
pork loaf slices
imitation crab

hahaha, i put a lot in there, but it tastes really good.

The best Pho in my opinion has fresh lemongrass and basil (the Grapao or Holy Basil, not the Italian kind) I like it with stock made from an oxtail and star anise, and bits of Vietnamese sausage thrown in. Makes me wish I was in Saigon typing.

I add lots and lots of basil leaves.

In a small dish on the side I mix Sriracha Chili sauce and Hoisin sauce together and use it as a dipping sauce for my meat in the Pho.
