how can i like more types of food?!


Question: How can i like more types of food?
since i was small I always liked junk food and one of the reasons was that my mother never feed my proper. so now I want to change that how can i like more foods because i want to get healthy and live better so how can i get used to eating more types of food is their any tricks

EXPERIMENT!! It's all about trial and error! Just try new things. The best thing to do, if you don't want to waste anything at a restaurant, is go with a really experimental friend, or family memeber, order something simple, but still a bit new (check the food descriptions to see what you'd be comfortable trying), and ask to taste whatever they have. That's how I started liking interesting new foods, I used to eat only junk until I was nine. And please don't just use vitamins, they don't fully compensate. Just try new veggies and fruit.TRY TRY and KEEP TRYING :)

Play around with fruits and veggies too
You can look online for some healthy recipes comprised of mostly produce and lean meats and start from there!

I've become recently addicted to Red Bell Peppers ( with just a tad of Kosher Salt).



stop walking into junk food places.
Start going to a supermarket to the fruit and vegetable section.

Eat from salad bars, make your own wholewheat sandiwches.



go out to eat with friends, experiment with what you see in ethnic sections in the food store



try an authentic ethnic restaurant, and talk to your server or a manager.
