Instead of focusing on what to eat, Let's highlight what NOT to eat: food s high in saturated fats and sodium. Avoid shellfish, ocean whitefish which are high in mercury, pelagics can be consumed but at low quantities. Your organics are good for you and your baby.
keep in mind eat normally and not "for two" hydrate well. I'd suggest a better multivitamin and FOLIC ACID. keep active within reason. I wish you luck.
