I've got a question on food...?!

Question: I've got a question on food...?
I'm cooking dinner for my friend, his family, and my family too. I've planned out almost the entire menu (Strawberry and Spinach Salad, Raspberry Chocolate Cheesecake) except for the main course. I was wondering what would go nice with the salad and dessert I've chosen to make. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Prime rib and twice baked potatoes

Chicken fruits curry with brown rice. This will make your meal well covered with meat, fruits, vegetables, dairy and grains.

Ingredients
Boneless skinless chicken breasts - cut into chunks (4small)
Chicken stock (1 1/2c)
Bay leaves (2)
Curry powder (3tbsp)
Crushed garlic (3cloves)
Finely chopped onions (3/4c)
Dash cayenne pepper
Soy sauce (1tsp)
Non fat yogurt (1c)
1 slightly green bananas - peeled and cut in chunks
1 apples - peeled and cored (3)
Drained canned whole tomatoes (1c).

Directions
Take a frying pan of medium size and boil the chicken stock in it and then add bay leaves, curry powder, garlic, and onions in it. Turn down the heat to low and then sauté vegetables in it for about 6 to 7 minutes until they get soft. Now add chicken in it and cook it for 5 minutes by stirring. Turn the sides of chicken, once or twice while cooking. Now add the rest of the ingredients and keep it to simmer for about 45 minutes by stirring irregularly until the sauce gets smooth. When it gets ready then serve it with brown rice.

Or grilled salmon with rice

INGREDIENTS
* 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
* lemon pepper to taste
* garlic powder to taste
* salt to taste
* 1/3 cup water
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil
* 1/3 cup soy sauce
* 1/3 cup brown sugar

DIRECTIONS
1. Season salmon fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
2. In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil until sugar is dissolved. Place fish in a large resealable plastic bag with the soy sauce mixture, seal, and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3. Preheat grill for medium heat.
4. Lightly oil grill plate. Place salmon on the preheated grill, and discard marinade. Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Almost anything goes between those two dishes! Grilled lamb chops with wild and long grain rice pilaf and steamed asparagus on toast points? Grilled pork chops with the pilaf? Filet Mignon with the pilaf?

Definitely something with berries. ;o)

Do something plain, definitely NOT sweet or fruity.

How about Chicken with Pomegranates and Walnuts?
