What is the difference in taste between korean courgettes and english/american courgettes?!
I already know the physical difference, but can someone please tell me what the difference in the taste is and how different the taste is (slightly or very)... also would I be able to cook Bibim bap with english courgettes instead of korean courgettes?

I've never heard of courgettes. Or biminy boppity boo either.
I don't think regular courgettes is widely cultivated in Korea and basically the courgettes in Bibimbap is no difference from those I've ate in Europe.
Korean do cultivate a kind of round courgettes which they called as Ae-Hobak (Korean squash or also known as round zucchini) which is slightly sweet, milder than courgette and has very delicate soft texture.
Both of them are actually from same summer squash family.
