Can I use pasta sauce on my pizza?!

Question: Can I use pasta sauce on my pizza?
It's pretty much the same thing, right? I'm making a pizza from scratch for the first time and I don't wanna screw up lol. We don't have any tomato sauce in the house.

Answers:

Yes, of course! Though only difference i see is that one is sourer and more watery , the other one is thicker. I personally use ranch. And it turns out splendidly. Good luck on your pizza! I am sure it will taste real good. :)

It's similar, but thinner. You'd probably want to reduce the sauce before putting it on pizza. Put it into a pot and simmer until it's thick enough. You can also use other things for sauce--ranch dressing or pesto are also good.

No, they are not the same, you can buy jars of pizza sauce.
It's richer in tomato paste, spaghetti sauce is runny.

Why not cut some tomatoes in half, season with salt & pepper cut side up, roast for 40 mins then put through a sieve getting rid of the seeds & skin. Easy

Yes,You Can
