Most people prefer to have their dishes hot because some families are raised that way. Thai culture are involved with including chili in their dishes, its because its part of Thai culture. Most Thai people do eat their food hot, very hot and extremely hot.

Chili through research I conducted is garlic alike it kills bacteria in your digestive system. Having Chili once in a while can reduce risk of getting Worms in your digestive system. Also not only Thai population but I also know Westerners also love Hot plates.

Some starters begins with small amount, but through time this Chili addiction increases and becoming an extreme hot dishes lover.
