how could i become a food critic?!
Answers:
food critics are in essence journalists who have developed their palates to wide and varied tastes and have extensive experience in the food industry, a lot own or co own restaurants as food is a passion
journalists have either a 4 year or 5 year degree, and then experience in the field before settling into their chosen area
having food knowledge is key, but so is knowing how to communicate that to a wide range of people
its a very difficult and competitive field to get into
its not just a case of "oh i like food, i wanna tell everyone, and get free food as well"
