If your talking about a prepared product, your really can't unless the amount of starch is listed as a percentage of the ingredients. If your own recipes just figure out how much the entire recipe yields then divide the amount of starch into the total. For instance, your entire recipes yields four cups and contains one of flour. The flour or starch is 1/4 or 25% of your recipe.
