Is bison hump meat edible?!
I am considering rasing bison and so i have eaten nearly every past of it, but today i noticed the hump on their backs and wondered if that is edible (visa vi stock or meata).

I don't know, but I knew is cousin Major D. Bison. And he was a little tuff around the shoulders, but nothin' my hatchet couldn't cut through.
