I like quite lot of condiments, as a Cantonese Chinese, I like Cantonese salty small clams with ginger slices & rice wine relish which taste is very acquire. I also like our spicy XO sauce, the ingredients are dried scallops, dried shrimps, Chinese ham, garlic, green onion, red chili, vegetable oil.
