There are tons. It usually depends on geographical locations.
In the North - Butter Chicken, Choley, Rajma, Parathas
South - Idlis/Dosas
West - Pav Bhaji, Dhokla, Vada Pav
East- Mustard Fish, Bengali sweets
It depends on where you go. Every region has it's own, unique dishes.
Anything with lots of spices would be popular, I am guessing. :)
