Is there a food you love to eat now that you didn't use to like ..?!

Question: Is there a food you love to eat now that you didn't use to like ..?
I never ate mushrooms all my life, used to pick them out of stews but now this past year or two I love to eat them, also lately I find I love strong stinky cheeses like ripe Camembert, there is one made locally in Tipperary called Cooleeney and I eat it with its rind on.

I used to love lamb but haven't eaten it for 20 odd years now. Even the smell makes me feel sick.....I know that wasn't the question but it is in reverse!

I'm in my 30s and only started eating tomatoes a few years ago. I hated peas as a child and now they are one of my favourite vegetables. I've started eating lamb too. Although I always hated mushrooms! :)
