Question: Italian dessert recipes?
i would like to see some authentic italian desserts.
(ones that don't include wine are preferred)

Well they make a lot of tarts too, most are traditional
Apple tart, Castagnaccio, Peach jam tart with Amaretti, Sbrisolona, Strawberry jam tart, Tart with ricotta and custard, Zelten, Apple cake, Cake with orange juice, Pastiera Napoletana, Pears and Chocolate tart, Soft fruit tart, Tart with figs, Tiramisu, Double colour cake, Milk gnocchi, Stuffed peaches, Sienese Hardbake, Rice pudding.

Not so many years ago, Italian restaurants would offer for desserts - Bisquit Tortoni and Casatta Siciliana. (spumoni) Both great desserts. Difficult to understand why they are no longer on the menus.
