Whats best things to add to rice?!

Question: Whats best things to add to rice?
What are some of the best things to add to rice? I eat rice alot like everyday an its instant rice its really good. i just usually add some butter, salt, jalapeno juice, peper, garlic powder an onion powder. its pretty good but i need something new to add to it. does anyone know any recipes? and what can i add to it to make it taste like asian rice?

Answers:

Try doing a fried rice. Saute onion and green or red pepper in a little oil in a frying pan. You could also add mushrooms, garlic or a cut up tomato. Sprinkle with cumin, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, paprika, or what ever spice you like best. Add the rice cold and stir it in to heat up.

For Asian style you can add soy sauce or sesame oil and a beaten egg.

For Southwest add your jalapeno juice and may be some red beans.

The possibilities are endless.

Sesame seeds on top add a nice touch. Also, if you like eggs, make some runny sunny side eggs and let the yolk run on top of the hot rice. That's a classic, quick Asian way to eat rice.

Most Asians eat rice without too many spices, unless you make fried rice. And then, it's up to your personal preference. Stir fry cooked rice with soy sauce to add color and flavor and add whatever vegetables you like and cut up scrambled eggs.

I don't know what to add to asian rice but sliced banana in rice is SOOOOOOO good, try it.

1 can of mixed vegetables =)

milk and sugar------yum

I'd add

Spring onions (Chopped)
Sweetcorn
Peas
Maybe some prawns or chicken
Eggs (Scrambled)
Soy Source
