Why don't you make gelato with it? Old country italian food.

Why not name it like Nonna's Bakery or Sweet Shop, Nonna is Italian for Grandmother. You can also even make up the whole Nonna character, have pics of her, make her a whole personality, but one that nobody ever sees, she just comes into the place in the middle of the night and makes her goodies for you to sell. Could be quite the fun marketing ploy. Kind of like on the show Frasier, we always heard of Niles' wife named Maris, knew so much about her, but she never existed. I think it would be good fun to make up someone like that, she could be like a Cannoli Fairy that just lives in your mind.
