Noodles are made with eggs. Spaghetti and other pastas are egg free
Noodles are usually flat. there are egg noodles, rice noodles, bean thread noodles, spinach noodles, wonton noodles, lasagna noodles - cooked and uncooked, fresh and raw. Noodles can be made by rolling out noodle dough and cutting it with a knife into long thin or wide strips.
Spaghetti and most other pastas are pressed though a brass die on a machine that shapes them. Or rolled around wooden dowels to form a shape.
