i have some chorizo what can i do with it?!

Question: I have some chorizo what can i do with it?
lots of other things chicken, garlic, prawns, lemons limes ect

Answers:

If you have rice, then you can slice it and put it into a paella Valencia with all the ingredients you have mentioned.
You can cut it in cubes and add it to a tomato sauce for a pasta dish.
Add slices to scrambled eggs.
Chicken thighs/legs: Cut into the flesh and press in some garlic slices, then season and pan fry/broil or grill as normal.
Prawns: Marinade in chopped garlic, grated ginger root, chili flakes/chopped fresh chilis, haldi/turmeric, garm masala and a little olive oil for at least 1 hour at room temperature, then grill/fry roast very quickly. Turn them when one side turns pink.
Lemons and limes can be used to make a mayonnaise instead of vinegar.

You've got the raw ingredients for a paella there.

The recipe above is for an easy seafood paella - use the chicken, prawns and chorizo as your meat ingredients, leaving out the mixed seafood in the recipe.

That would be absolutely delicious - the chorizo will give it a lovely spicy flavor.

Hope that helps :-)

I like to fry some potatoes and when they are done, i put in some chorizo and let it cook together for a little bit if you want you can throw in some cheese let i melt. Then put it into a warm tortilla roll it up and it is so good. I ususally make it for breakfast or maybe lunch.

you could make a pasta dish,

get a creamy sauce

chop up the garlic and mix it in with the sauce

and add every thing else in

i reccomend penne pasta or tagliatelle

Add to quality Baked Beans such as Branstons.
