I always serve slaw with ribs, either a sweet or a tangy slaw will work well

1) Cesar Salad
2) Stir-fried button mushrooms with garlic and herbs
3) Minestrone Soup (my favourite appetizer with BBQ spare ribs)

CABBAGE, **********.

Fried zucchini.

Corn on the cob and glazed carrots. Ummy.

My taste.
