What would go well with chicken flavored rice?!

Marinated chicken breasts and broccoli.

In my mind, I have the following dishes which are nice to serve with chicken flavored rice.

1) Chinese - Stir fried mix vegetables (broccoli + carrots + baby corns + cauliflower) with minced garlic & fresh ginger

2) Japanese - tofu salad (put semi-firm tofu cut into bite size cube on a bed of lettuce + rockets + sliced cucumbers + cherry tomatoes) with Japanese green salad dressing (soy sauce + rice vinegar + sugar + lemon juice + sesame oil + olive oil)

3) Western - Stir fried button mushroom with garlic & fresh cream sauce (stir fried some finely chopped onions + minced garlic, add button mushroom slices, toss to combine, then pour some fresh cream into the pan and stir until the sauce is thicken as your preference, add salt to taste.

4) Italian - Minestrone soup

I'm going to go out on a limb here... I would suggest chicken. You could season and broil it, or bake it Fish would be just okay... but chicken & fish on one plate isn't a good pairing.

grilled salmon or Italian grilled chicken (chicken with Italian dressing on it)
