What ever will I do with udon and rice noodles? O__o?!

I bought rice noodles and udon noodles last night because it sounded like a bright idea at the time.
But I have no idea what to do with them...as in put in them.
I've always wanted to make ramen...but nothing that's too complicated. Something simple and easy.
Aneone want to help out?
