Everything you eat. Could be an hourly diary, you are probably eating about 3 times a day and not when you are asleep.
Use a journal. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. 6 columns? It is better to use a journal. or use 3 rows for each meal, 1 row for each snack and 4 columns for each meal so that you can put in fats, carbs, proteins, fruit and veg. and then rows or columns for weather, exercise and type.
Sounds like an algebra problem!
