Very low fat lean protein, possibly tofu, fat free legumes for volume, and lots of fresh fruit and veggies, plenty of water, no pop or alcohol and very little lean dairy, such as yogurt. No desserts.

For the prior week to your initial weigh-in, drink lots of extra water and consume no alcohol or caffeine.
After weigh-in ...
First 6 days ... no sodium at all. Limit water intake.
Last 3 days ... first of all drink NO water.
400 calories protein + 6 oz black coffee to drink - done 3x per day,... and a 5 oz glass of prune juice before bed each night.

The night *before* your final weigh-in at the end of the challenge drink 2 or 3 shots of hard liquor ... but nothing else.

The old way this "diet" was done (which was used by some models to fit into clothing) was to use cottage cheese as the protein but that has a fair amount of sodium so I would use 2 medium eggs.

This "diet" is NOT a good thing to do for more than a few days and is more realistic to lose about 6 to 8 lbs ... 10 is on the high side. And do *not* do this if you have any medical problems like diabetes, heart issues including heart murmurs or anything else.

A pound is about 3500 calories ... and the typical person burns (very roughly) 2000 calories per day (very roughly). SO, the remaining calories equal approx 1500x10= 15,000 calories. At 5 miles per hour (which is a pretty good pace - this is running, not jogging), running burns about 500 calories an hour ... so to burn off 15,000 calories it would take 30 hours of running over 10 days or 3 hours per day of fast running (*every* day for 10 days). This will either damage you or kill you and is a massive amount of overtraining for all but experienced runners.

Water weight loss if the only way to lose 10 lbs in 10 days and even that is questionable for most average people.

You'll need to take a one-a-day with minerals for a couple weeks to recover after this ridiculous foolishness.

I would accept the challenge and I would eat lettuce and water. You wouldn't even have to exercise lol. Make sure to take vitamins for proteins and carbs. Good Luck!

Fruit, yogurt, special K & water
