I ate raw country ham !?:(?!


Question: I ate raw country ham !?:(?
My stupid oven isnt working right. I had raw non cooked country ham for dinner and had to cook it for 12 min. Well i left it in at least 15... Took it out and ate. Didnt really pay attention til end of dinner like this is tough to chew and kinda doesnt look cooked. I know im an idiot busy runnin my mouth at din din table. Ughh am i going to get sickk...

True country ham is usually salt cured and smoked so it's not "raw" in the sense that you are using.

"The risk of eating Raw ham are: none.. see unless you are at the place that is killing the pig you are not exposed to raw ham? Ham is cured and smoked. so the ham you get for cold meat sandwiches ( though cooked and served in different ways) is no different from the ham you get to cook at easter.
Raw bacon and olther pork prodjects are a different story bacon is only cured not smoked ( when it is smoked fully its becomes jerky) eating them can cause worms."
