Veal is defined as young beef 3 to 8 months of age.

Veal over 225 pounds in weight is known as calf.

So the term will depend not only on age but weight.

I think maybe its aaaaaaaaaaaaaa veal? maybe? what do rest of you think?

yeah, Veal ...an acquired taste but, worth trying !!!!!!
