Turkish delight question?!
How do I get it to harden quicker. I'm bringing it somewhere today, and I don't have time to let it harden over night. It's in the freezer right now. Any other ideas?

Well, you should show a picture of your mother to it, that usually worksh for me.

It might need to dry out some more rather than be in a wet enrivo like a freezer or a fridge. Is it dusted with confectioners sugar?
