Healthy foods that fill you up?!
Answers:
try a tuna salad, or nibbling on a bag of baby carrots. eating some low cal crackers can do good in hunger spots. also maybe try a mango or watermelon or some other fruits. and no matter who you are i would NEVER suggest you take the rice cake route, ugghh they taste like, well they have absolutely NO taste.
Here's a list of foods to consider:
-Most any whole grain food items
-Food that has lots of "fiber"
-Raw vegetables (salads...with minimal salad dressing) again vegetables = fiber
-Oatmeal-rolled oats or Steel Cut oats especially. Be careful about the individual pkgs. of instant oatmeal. They are ok but some of them have lots of sugar.
-Sea vegetables: Nori (as used in Sushi), Seaweed/Kelp/Wakame' (as used in Seaweed salad like they make in Japanese restaurants), Kombu-(as used in soup)
