I love them. A friend of a friend made some from scratch, at a Super Bowl Party I attended many years ago. It was fun watching him roll, flatten, and reroll the dough as he added the scallions and sesame oil. He was a Chinese guy with a really good sense of humor. I thought he was kidding when he called them Chinese Pancakes. At first he said they were green onion cakes. Super right out of the cast iron skillet. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. I will never forget.
