Char siu cooking question?!
I'm cooking char siu pork and I'm using boneless pork shoulder-( medium cuts ) and what do you think the temperature should be and for how long...coz I tried doing this recipe but I used a different kind and size of meat so I think it should be a different temperature and time....
Answers:
start at 220 dec celcius and cook for about 15 minutes, then reduce to 180 deg celcius and then cook a further 20-30 minutes.
