Mushroom chicken, also known as moo-goo-gai-pan is usually very healthy. Kung pao chicken is also relatively healthy. Simple shrimp stir-fries are also very good; the spicier versions, such as hunan or szechuan style, tend to add a lot of sugar to balance the chili-heat, so those are not always the best choices. Egg-drop or egg-slower soup is pretty healthy. I would avoid chow mein because of all the carbs in the noodles, you're better off sticking with the white rice and only eating a few spoonfuls of rice. It's hard to control your carb intake when you're eating a noodle dish, unless you just like to pick the veggies and meat out and eat those.
