What is he difference between Greek yogurt asnd regular yogurt?!

Question: What is he difference between Greek yogurt asnd regular yogurt?
Answers:

Greek yoghurt is strained- this means it is very thick.
Very very creamy and thick.
It is naturally thick, with no fillers of gum like a normal american yoghurt which is full of sugar and pectin to make it glue-like.

Greek yoghurt is plain natural white yoghrut, which is often sold with honey.
Sometimes they'll flavour it with strawberry, apricot etc.

Plain yoghurt with honey is a beautiful thing to eat. It is rich, creamy and solid.

Regular yoghurt- when home made, is rather thin, and very tart and creamy.

It is nothing like the pudding-style that sugar hungry americans love so much. In truth , the average American would gag at the taste of actual real yoghurt.

Greek yogurt is strained to remove most or all of the whey. Therefore, compared to regular unsweetened unflavored yogurt, it has less water, less sugar, less sodium, and more protein.

Greek Yogurt is very bland and a bit tart. It is great if you add some honey or fruit to it. It is healthier than regular yogurt.
