Where to buy tián miàn jiàng (sweet wheat sauce) or jīngshì tián jiàng (Beijing sweet sauce)?!
I know they don't use hoisin sauce with peking duck, which I thought they did. Please help me!

uh, You realize Canada is very very big. Vancouver has the best CHinese food in the Americas. you would probably be able to find it in a large CHinese supermarket. I believe most Large cities would have one in Canada. You might want to write it down in CHinese and ask someone in the market. I went to wikipedia and switch to Chinese. I think this is it 甜面酱
